Reliable Robotics, the leader in autonomous aircraft systems, announced the appointment of Russ Elmer as General Counsel (GC). Bringing more than three decades of experience in highly regulated markets, Elmer will oversee the company’s legal operations to drive Reliable’s next phase of growth and scale. A veteran executive, Elmer previously led the legal functions at prominent companies including ServiceNow, Lending Club, PayPal, eBAY and E*TRADE Financial.

In his role, Elmer will build the legal infrastructure and capabilities to support Reliable’s growth into commercial and defense markets. His strategic guidance will establish the foundation for physical expansion, certification with the Federal Aviation Administration and commercialization.
