Swisslog Healthcare, a leading supplier of healthcare technology combining pharmacy and transport automation, announces the promotion of Larry Bray to Vice President of Sales, TransLogic North America. The advancement recognizes Bray's collaborative leadership style, comprehensive product knowledge, and proven ability to exceed sales targets throughout his TransLogic career.

Bray has served as Senior Region Sales Director, Midwest for the past ten years, building strategic partnerships with major healthcare systems. In his expanded role, he will lead four Senior Region Sales Directors and eight Region Sales Directors while managing succession planning and team development initiatives. His responsibilities include driving order intake across Construction, Modernization, and Service Agreements while facilitating collaborative sales strategies with Pharmacy Automation. This work will enhance TransLogic's market presence while strengthening relationships with some of the company's key customers.

With over 14 years of experience at Swisslog Healthcare, Larry brings comprehensive expertise in technical applications, sales leadership, and customer relationship management. Bray started in 2011 as an Application Engineer, where he applied construction and engineering expertise to customer projects. His transition into sales proved to be a career-defining decision, resulting in outstanding performance where his best individual year came in 2022 with order intake exceeding $30M.
